Load your VolCard on Your New Phone
*Instructions are for both iPhone/Watch and Android
Unlink Old Phone:
Login to GET App (University of Tennessee-Knoxville)
Tap – Settings
Tap – Unlink Mobile Wallet ID (This will also unlink your Apple Watch if you have one attached. Reactivate it as well.)
Add New Phone:
Tap – Home
Tap – Add to Wallet
Tap – Next
Terms & Conditions – Agree
*Use the same instructions to add back the Apple Watch
