Refunds

Refunds will be processed through the UT Bursar’s Office and may be applied to any outstanding debt.

If you are requesting a refund from your Flex Dollars Account, you must log onto your MyUTK account.

If you set up direct deposit, your funds will be refunded using that account. If your address has changed, log onto your MyUTK account to change it, or contact the Bursar’s Office via email at studentaccounts@utk.edu with your new address. You must notify them that you are submitting a VolCard refund request and your address has changed, unless you are able to change it on MyUTK.  

Refunds
